company is located in Moraira. Thanks to the sharing of an
office with another real estate agent, a letting company,
financial advisors and a law firm we can offer our clients a
widespread deal of services. Every passing of a property
will be handled by our law firm, guaranteeing carefully
checked paperwork and formalities. Of course this will bring
no extra costs for our clients. This law firm is also
available for other legal businesses and advise.
Abroad we cooperate with several real estate agents.
The core business of our company is acting as
intermediary, selling and buying real estate from every kind
at the Costa Blanca. At the coast as well as inland. We also
provide renovations and construction in general. Of course
we offer our services before and after the purchase of a
property.
We and all employees of our connected firms are either
Spanish or living in Spain for several years. Naturally we
also speak your language.
